1. Services

Greater Manchester Locksmiths provides domestic and residential locksmith services across Greater Manchester. Services include but are not limited to: emergency lockout assistance, lock changes, lock repairs, security upgrades, and key cutting.

2. Pricing

We do not charge a call-out fee. A verbal quote will be provided before work begins. The quoted price includes labour and standard parts. Specialist parts may incur additional costs, which will be communicated before fitting.

3. No Fix, No Fee

If we are unable to resolve your lock problem, you will not be charged. This guarantee applies to all standard callouts.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. For contract work, invoicing terms will be agreed in advance.

5. Guarantee

All parts supplied and fitted by us come with a 12-month guarantee against defects. Labour is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service.

6. Liability

We are fully insured and will take every precaution to avoid damage during our work. In the unlikely event of damage, our insurance covers legitimate claims. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or faults unrelated to our work.

7. Proof of Ownership/Residency

For security purposes, we may ask for proof that you are the owner or authorised occupant of the property. This is a legal requirement to prevent unauthorised access.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a callout at any time before our locksmith begins work, free of charge. Once work has commenced, standard charges apply.
